New build coastal style 3BR Pool home minutes from world class beaches, dining and shopping. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, spacious dining, and living areas and secluded heated pool in a privacy fence landscaped backyard. The covered lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and sink. This exceptional beach home is located on a quiet residential street in Naples Park, close to the acclaimed Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins state park, and the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort.
The fully stocked and updated kitchen with counter bar stools and everything you need to make a fabulous family meal. The open dining room comfortably seats six and the living area has a smart flat screen tv and ample seating. The home has central AC and ceiling fans throughout. The primary bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The two guest rooms contain queen beds (with shared separate bathroom). the home is fully stocked with towels and linens, and a utility room with full size washer and dryer. Garage contains two cruiser bikes, beach chairs and umbrella to take full advantage of the wonderful beaches.
The home is just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and the Mercato Shopping Center with casual and upscale restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, movie theater and Whole Foods. Also close by The Pavilion with more restaurants, movie theater, bike rentals, fitness center, ice cream, as well as Publix grocery stores. Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort, The Turtle Club, Buzz's Lighthouse all in the beach area. Lighted public park close by with Tennis, Basketball and Racquetball courts.
