With amazing ocean breezes and an unbeatable location just a short walk to the boardwalk and the fabulous beaches; and on-site restaurant; this rental will surely make your next vacation a memorable one! Once inside you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space. The balcony breezes are breathtakingly calming and relaxing. The living area has a beautiful sofa, coffee table, credenza, and LED flat-screen television with an additional seating area for more guests. The expansive kitchen has a large island with four bar stools, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and much more! The custom-made dining table seats ten. The expansive Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings is located on the second floor and has a plush king-size bed with designer bedside tables; chair lamps; a flat screen a full-size closet and a private ensuite bath. The private bathroom offers a shower with two vanities. Enjoy the ocean breezes on either of the two private balconies. The two guest bedrooms offer plush queen-size beds: designer side tables and a flat-screen TV. These two bedrooms offer a shared bathroom with two vanities and a standalone shower. The spacious bunk bedroom offers a full over queen bunk bed with a private bathroom. The stylish designed metallic wallpapered bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. Downstairs enjoy the outdoor shower to wash away your sandy toes. Cook your local catch of the day on the BBQ grill downstairs and enjoy and freshly cooked meal. There is parking for 3 vehicles. Soak up the sun by the shared pool or adult pool. The adult pool will be heated starting Nov 1st through March 1st, during this time children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5 pm. Rent a golf cart and stroll into town to enjoy Port A's lively activities. With its idyllic location in Port A, guests can enjoy the surroundings of everything the Texas Coast has to offer. Port Aransas is a growing community and may experience construction neighboring the home and Resort.
