Detta 4 sovrum 3 badrum hem ligger precis vid stranden i Port Aransas. Denna två våningar hem har alla vardagsrum på andra våningen vilket möjliggör fantastisk utsikt från de flesta av rummen i huset. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och en kung master bad med en stor trädgård badkar och en rymlig dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en kung. Det tredje sovrummet har en drottning storlek säng och det fjärde sovrummet två våningssängar med en hel på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Huset kommer att sova totalt 12 personer. Vardagsrummet och köket är öppna och är det perfekta stället att besöka på kvällen. Gulfwater har en trevlig gemensam pool och en strandpromenad till stranden. Amazing beach front property

Amazing property! The deck off the back was a favorite listening to the ocean waves. Kids loved the game room with pool table and ping pong along with arcade:) Location on beach was perfect on the quieter side of things which made it super nice- Kitchen was AMAZING and was stocked with all kid of cooking ware dished and pots and pans- Having 2 living areas was amazing- one for adults and one for kiddos! Only neg. was it was a little hot inside due to the large windows and AC did not seem to cool as good as we would have liked and we went in March- I would be a little weary of summer temps and feeling cool in the home- def bring some fans:) Other than that it was one of our favorite places to stay!

Fantastic with Fees

Let’s start with the good. The view is amazing. The property was nice and for the most part maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared to be clean.The down side. The house is located at the back of a nice RV park. We stayed over new years week, the outside temp never exceeded 74, but the AC could not keep up so the house stayed very warm. The house has an outdated whole home lighting system, which partially works. The main panel didn’t works at all and the back porch panel was broken so the porch lights would not turn on. The third bathroom occasionally looked like a strobe light.The private heated pool is nice, and claims to be included. It was not heated and requires another fee for use.Be prepared for a ton of fees. The cleaning fee was outrageous and was double what we pay at other properties. Certain pets are welcome, but there are fees for the pets as well. Not a ton of grass for dogs which can cause traffic jams at the potty areas.

Lovely place that needs a little upkeep

We adore this property, but faced some issues with water temperature, balcony safety, and flickering lights. Maintenance was very responsive, but I don't believe the issues were fixed.

Beautiful View, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beachhouse is in the prettiest RV resort my friends & I have ever seen! The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was private & shaded, and we had an awesome bday dinner at Lisabellas in Cinnamon Shores (just 3 min away). The only thing I didn't care for was all the tar on the beach (which is outside of their control obviously), but they had a little shower with scrub brush & dawn soap at the beginning of the boardwalk for everyone to use to clean up after.

Perfect family get away

This house was perfect for our family get away. The view was beautiful! In addition to the easy beach access, our family loved the pool (plenty big enough for all of us), the foosball table was high quality (something my teenagers value), the retro arcade game was a lot of fun too. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen was one of the best I’ve stayed in as far as new appliances and cooking utensils, etc. The RV park itself is also very nice - high end, beautiful spots, pool, ponds and rec house. We would love to stay here again!

I didn't read the rules, it's my fault, but a manager came and started yelling at my husband and son that they should wear such a thing but the person is furious. There are ways to say things, It wasn't one time, it was several times, in my point of view, it was racism. Afterwards, they looked at us badly, we no longer felt comfortable, the lights on the porch didn't work, 4K and the reality, we weren't happy

Perfect House for Family Get Togethers

There was a total of eight (8) of us during our stay, six (6) adults and two (2) children. The kids loved the bunk room and the ability to watch their own shows. Loved having enough space for all the adults to retreat to their own rooms and still feel separate from the others. The large living area and kitchen was a hit. This space was designed with conversation and working together (meal prep) in mind. Loved all the high-end appliances and the views were phenomenal. Everyone loved the pool, it looks small in the photos, but it fit our group perfectly! Not shown in the photos are the play areas below the house, there is a great pool table and ping pong table downstairs and plenty of space to park your vehicles in the large, oversized garage. My only disappointment was the complex lighting system in the home. Some of the buttons were labeled correctly, but most of the time you had to just guess what button did. Other times you had to hold buttons to make the lights operate correctly. Some time was spent trying to learn how to operate the lights and that was confusing for most everyone. Aside from the lighting issue, the home was extremely clean, everything was fresh and clean. The walk to the beach was five (5) minutes at most, it was so easy. At the boardwalk there is a shower to wash off all the sand. It really was an amazing property. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, beautiful view.

Can’t beat the location, easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Oddly in an RV park, but very nice overall. House is well apppointed. Heated pool is great, even in the cool of winter. And again, the location is the best around.

Family Trip to the Beach

Stay away! They’ve prioritized quantity over quality.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival, the first house was in a less than ideal state — the floors still lightly sprinkled in sand from the previous renters, clearly a sign of negligent cleaning. The AC malfunctioned in the second house, forcing our family to relocate. Shockingly, the AC in the replacement house was just as ineffective. But the horrors didn’t stop there. In the uncleaned first house, we were horrified to discover black mold festering by the door leading to the outside patio, and yes, we have photographic evidence. When we decided to take matters into our own hands and clean, we found gloves under the sink — shockingly infested with maggots! To add to our dismay, roaches made an appearance in the pantry. The garage door was another ordeal; it repeatedly refused to close properly, testing our patience each time. This entire fiasco was nothing short of a nightmare. For the premium we paid, we expected a vastly superior experience. We will NEVER use or recommend this company again. Their standards are severely lacking and their offerings are utterly shameful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed same place last year and I can say I’d stay again. No problems like last year, everything was in order this year. The guy doing the walk thru was pleasant and eager to answer any questions we had. AC still struggles but set at 74 as the day goes on it warmed up the common area to 77 was the highest. I will say the bedrooms were cooler. View is spectacular. If they replaced those back windows with pella or Anderson it would not feel so warm from the morning sun which starts the warming process. Great pool. Lots of space, games both upstairs and down stairs. Everyone had a blast. We’ve already recommended to several people who have taken advantage of Port A Escapes and Gulf Waters.

Great house

Great layout for our group of nine, all on one level. Good kitchen and a good charcoal grill for steaks. Great view of the ocean from the main room. Big area on the ground floor to play pool & ping ping or just sit and drink beer on a rainy day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet, safe location, easy drive into town. We will return.

This house is beautiful and very roomy. It was a great fit for our family. It was clean, but whoever stayed before us, must have had a dog, because there was dog hair on the floor and rugs in multiple areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were super comfy. The lighting system was very confusing and hard to understand. The pool was broken and this was a huge disappointment for our grandlittles, however we were compensated for the disappointment and that was appreciated. The location is beachfront and the walkway to the beach is a short walk from the house. While the house is beachfront it is actually located in the back of a very nice RV Park. We were a little confused when we pulled in, then realized the house was in the back. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will recommend to friends and family.

On the water.

Loved the location and the view, that all living areas were on one level, the private pool. The kitchen was very functional and very well equipped. Negatives: it sleeps 12 but only if you put 6 in one room. A sleeper sofa in the extra living area would have been great.

There were more amenities than described (i.e. hair dryers and beach chairs). We did need a coffee pot replacement and they came over the first thing next day. The private pool was a nice add. I did wish they came to clean it at least after 3 or 4 days. All in all I would rent this place again.
