Communication with the host was excellent, efficient, quick and informative. The house was newly renovated and roomy for a large family. Not a ton of room in the common sitting area though. The neighborhood is ok, in an older section, close proximity to stores and restaurants.
The only downfall was the cleanliness, I do not think this is an issue of the host but who is contracted out. When undid the beds, there were 2 long black hairs in the sheets of 2 separate beds probably from whoever made the bed, but still unsettling. When wiping water up off the floor, the towel was black. The rugs did not look vacuumed. When we arrived the whole place smelled strongly of cleaning solution so some cleaning was done, but was medicore. Host may want to revisit. Overall, fit the needs of our weekend.
