**Note there is a staircase to the attic 3rd floor, this is our storage unit and will be locked, this is NOT part of rental.

Please report any issues during your stay and allow us to get a chance to fix it, we are all human and make mistakes so please let us know if there is any issue during your stay.

- Absolutely NO parties are allowed, the reservation will be cancelled and report to Airbnb with no refund.

- No smoking or pets inside the house, violator will be fined an additional $200 for the cleaning fee. Please take off shoes when entering the unit.

- Only registered Airbnb guests can be allowed into the unit. Unauthorized guests will not be allowed to stay.

- Please note that we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, internet service disruptions, variations in internet speed, difficulties in finding street parking, or incidents occurring outside of the apartment.

- Quiet hours 10pm-8am. This is a residential area, please be mindful of noise.

- Please note that our Airbnb is located next to a green trail and forest and you should expect to see spiders, ants, roach, deer, and other wildlife. If this is something to be concerned please reach out to us and we can recommend you nearby hotel to stay in.
**Please note that if any of the house rules are broken, we will inform Airbnb and ask the guest to leave the property ASAP without any refund.
