Denna Beach Club Avalon Penthouse 2004 ligger inte p�� översta våningen, men p�� n��sta våning, som ��r en takvåningsplan som utsetts av byggaren på grund av uppgraderingar som inkluderar travertinplattor, kronformning, tallräknare i masterbadet och mycket mer! Denna lägenhet representerar all den lyx och stil du har väntat att njuta av: graniträknare och vacker inredning och inredning, angränsande bad, 4 HDTV / DVD och ett utmärkt stereo system.

Ingen kostnad skonades n��r denna lägenhet var dekorerad, men den bästa funktionen är den fantastiska balkongen utsikten precis utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Inget annat än blå himmel, blått vatten och naturligtvis månen och stjärnorna!

Sängarrangemanget är King, Queen, Twin. Varje sovrum gränsar till ett bad. Sovrummet gränsar till egen privat dubbel fåfänga bad med en bubbelbadkar / dusch combo. Drottning sovrummet gränsar till ett privat bad med dusch. Dubbelrummet gr��nsar till hallbadet med en badkar / duschkombination.

Den vackra Avalon poolen ligger precis nedanf��r, med en badtunna och palmer som bara väntar på dig, plus en wading pool. Strandpromenaden ligger bara några steg från poolen och leder till den vackraste vita sandstranden n��gonsin. Du kan se ner kusten i miles!

Den fantastiska klubbhuset erbjuder en uppvärmd inomhuspool och stor utomhuspool och bubbelbad, ett spelrum, gym och de finaste lera tennisbanorna. Njut av levande musik vid poolen med en underbar tropisk drink eller en skaldjursfröjd från cabana-baren eller grillen. Betala en daglig avgift på Club Desk för full tillgång för de dagar du väljer. Koppla av medan du får en avslappnande massage på spaet eller ha en total makeover på salongen. Restaurangen erbjuder fina avslappnade restauranger och en full bar med HD-TV. Den v��rldsberömda Kiva Dunes ligger bara en kort bilresa bort, så ta med golfklubbarna också.

Great place with great location.

The facility was very nice has great access to the pools, beach and other amenities at the facility. We were very pleased with our interactions with the staff. We will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful time as usual Pam very responsive to any questions that we’ve had an easy to deal with.

Our day was fantastic as usual Pam Martin is one of the best in the business. In my opinion. We have stayed at the beach club for greater than 20 years at least once a year but in most cases twice I couldn’t recommend a better place in my opinion, then the beach club at Fort Morgan and Pam Martin! The only issue that we had was with a garbage disposal that started leaking, which has nothing to do with anything other than it was just time to replace it. Furniture was a little dated, but it didn’t affect our stay. The grounds were immaculately kept as usual. The beach was also cleaned every evening by staff. I will say this if you want front row at the beach, you had better get up early and when I say early, I mean 4 AM early lol not kidding if you’d like to walk on the beach, couldn’t recommend a better place you can walk either direction east or west for greater than 10 miles in both directions with zero obstacles.

Great Place

We have been to The Beach Club many times over the years and enjoy staying at different condos each year. This condo was very nice. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and was nicely renovated. The patio furniture was very nice and we loved spending time relaxing on the chaise lounges. Views were amazing and the property is always well maintained and beautiful.

Girls trip

This condo is great. It has everything we needed and the location is good. You are out a few miles from the traffic but the beach is great. We didn't mind spending the morning at the beach/pool and planning an early dinner out then back to walk in the breeze by the beach. Also, there are restaurants on the campus so you don't have to leave at all if you don't want to.

Great Place

Our family of six found this to be a perfect spot. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Instructions were clear and precise on check in and check out. We loved each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen had all that we needed. Just remember to bring all the food items you will need (we forgot the sugar, salt, and pepper). We would definitely stay here again.

Quick 3-day trip

The property was just as advertised. However, it had not been cleaned well before our arrival. There was food on the floor from the previous guests. There was also hair in every bathtub from the previous guests. I did not call and report this because we were there just a short time, but I did send an email and still have not had a response and we are back home. I hope that this is taken care of for future guests.

Not Penthouse

Condo was fine for our needs but the marketing is a bit over embellished. It is NOT a penthouse. There was no stand alone ice machine in the unit or water in the fridge door. The dishwasher was annoying as every time you pulled the out the bottom rack the rack fell off the track. None of these items spoiled our stay and I would stay there again. The elevators were very fast…that was a concern since we were so high up. Beach Club is a fantastic place especially with kids. I would highly recommend. It’s a bit of treck from Orange Beach and there was so much for us to do and keep everyone happy…I never felt like we had to leave the campus.

It was okay

The apartment overall was nice, the view was the best part. But the bathrooms were NOT clean...there was hair leftover from the person before us and mildew in the tubs. Also, the twin beds were not comfortable at all for adults to sleep on. They were very hard. Lastly, the owner says that the condo is a penthouse and it’s not on the penthouse floor, it’s on the one below. We tried calling her multiple times and we got no answer or call back. We finally found the condo on the floor below the penthouses. Very confusing to find.

Girls Getaway

We spent a week in this lovely place. The service at the Beach Club is superb! The Condo is very nice but in need of repairs/upgrades with Kitchen appliances. The kitchen is very well supplied and easy to use. The advertising suggests that this is a true 'penthouse' which it is not. We were very disappointed to have another floor of some not so considerate people above us. The view from the balcony is lovely but not nearly all as advertised. The bedrooms are very nice and plenty of room. The TV's are top notch and one in every room! Not that we sent much time watching TV! To use the Clubhouse there is an extra charge of $30 to $35 per day, which is where the Heated Pools and activities are. For us it was worth the price as we had 2 little ones and it was a bit to cool to use the outdoor pools or ocean. The Gym is nice as is the Locker Rooms with Sauna and Steam Rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay

Check in and parking were easy. The location was perfect, it is a little ways off the main area of Gulf Shores, so very quiet, but not so far that you can’t get to everything easily. It is right on the beach so even though it rained quite a bit while we were there, we could run down and swim or sit on the beach in between showers. We had a great weekend.

Beautiful

What a beautiful place! We had the best time. The penthouse was roomy and very neat. Loved the kitchen. The place had everything you needed. The view was beautiful and checking in was easy and you could always get in touch with the owner if needed too. I got to spend time with my daughters and make memories. I would love to come back.
