✿ This two-floor home comes w AC, dedicated workspace & full kitchen. There's high-speed wifi & free street parking.
✿ Located in a quiet and safe area of Mt. Baker Seattle, minutes away from light rail & bus stations & tons of great restaurants & cafes in Columbia City. Short drive to all top sights.
✿ After a day of exploring the city, attending a convention or concert, visiting the university or kayaking in Lake Washington, come home and unwind in your cozy suite.

This is our home so it is full of personal touches and loving details for you to enjoy. We love to open it to guests when we are out of town. Our favorite thing to do is to watch Netflix on the projector and enjoy meals on the balcony.
––– HOME HIGHLIGHTS –––
FULL KITCHEN with oven, gas stovetop, microwave, coffee maker (Kcup pods are provided), a good selection of tea, ice, filtered water, cooking essentials (pots, pans, oils, salt/pepper, spices, dishes, utensils, and many more).
YOUR BATHROOM AWAY FROM HOME with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are all provided, as well as, ear plugs, q-tips and cotton facial pads.
***Please note there is no laundry on premise. There are laundromats nearby. If you would like recommendations send us a DM.
––– NO SWEAT SELF CHECK-IN –––
The home is set up for seamless self-check-in with keyless entry, so you can easily come and go as you please. After booking, you will receive an email with door code. Late check-ins and early departures are a breeze!
––– FREE STREET PARKING IN FRONT –––
There is unrestricted street parking immediately in front of the house. A handy map is included in the check-in instructions.
––– NO CAR NO PROBLEM –––
• Less than a mile walk to Mt. Baker light rail station that will get you anywhere in Seattle in 15 min - SeaTac airport, Downtown, the Convention Center, Capitol Hill, Pike Place Market, The Space Needle & University of Washington. Unlimited day pass is $5.
• Safeway is a block away.
• There are multiple beautiful walks from our house to different parts of the lake.
✿ Our most fav nature walk - 15 min walk downhill to Genesee Park & Washington Lake.
✿ Our Mom's most fav daily walk - 15 min walk uphill to historical mansions with a spectacular view of the lake & Bellevue's skyline.

• Less than 2 miles away from i-90
• 10-15 min drive to Downtown, Capitol Hill, & the vibrant International District

**Please be aware that it's a two-floor house so you'll need to use the stairs to go up to the bedroom and bathroom.**
If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to us. Once you are in the property, the bedroom & bathroom are on the same floor so there should be no accessibility challenges.

We met in New York while attending a graduate program and bonded over our mutual passion for meditation. The lush nature and peacefulness of Seattle attracted us, so once the opportunity to move presented itself, we seized it right away. After a drive across the country we felt at home here right away. This city is so magical and full of fond memories.
We hope you'll have a fantastic and memorable stay with us.

Our home was made with love and care. We painted the walls, assembled furniture, and carefully picked out every item ourselves to make a beautiful space for our guests to enjoy.
Mindfulness is our core value and we brought that practice to the whole process of setting up the rooms. We chose materials that are eco-friendly and free of harmful chemicals. We are thoughtful about our impact on our guests' health and safety, our neighbors, our environment, and the city of Seattle.
