With the creek behind the cabin, the picturesque Nelson Farm being mere minutes away, and Dawson Park's amenities available for your use - you couldn't find a better location!

Relaxation is key inside the cabin. The living room is updated, warm, and welcoming with its ample soft seating, gas fireplace, and large TV. The adjacent full kitchen comes prepared for all of your culinary ventures with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and breakfast bar. When you aren't dining alfresco, gather around the formal dining table.

A highlight of the cabin, enjoy the extra sound-proofed bunk room when you need a serene moment alone, and when your clothes need a refresh, be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer.

Outside, relish the soothing sounds of nature from the home's deck as you grill and visit with your loved ones. As evening nears, gather around the firepit for a s'more and campfire stories.

Guests will not have access to Suncadia Resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness and the Nelson Farm Pool.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
