The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful 3bed/3bath home in the heart of Largo, Florida! Our home is the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway with family and friends. Relax and soak up the sunshine in our heated pool (for $100 per day of your stay) or enjoy some family fun in the sun with our cornhole set, outdoor dining areas, and loungers.

Our home features a spacious living room and three bedrooms, each with their own unique style. Bedroom one is outfitted with a comfortable king bed and plenty of natural light. Bedroom two has a grand king bed, while bedroom three includes two comfy twin beds and a queen(6 adults max).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials so you can cook up a delicious meal or whip up a quick snack. We also provide a drip coffee pot and Keurig to get your day started.

We provide all the beach essentials you need to make the most of your stay including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. There is also a private driveway for your convenience.

We are less than a mile to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores!

Stay connected with our high-speed wifi and feel at home with our guest essentials provided. We look forward to accommodating your stay and welcoming you to our home!

**Are you coming to celebrate a special occasion such as a bachelorette party, anniversary, or birthday? We’ve partnered with a local company, St. Pete Bach Guide, to make your stay extra special! St Pete Bach Guide can stock the fridge, decorate, or set out a mimosa bar prior to your arrival! If you would like more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out!**

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am
The garage is off limits to guests
The pool can be heated up to 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. If 85 degrees is desired, temperatures at or below 60 may not achieve the desired warmth. We’re happy to heat the pool for you, but keep in mind that weather conditions can impact the temperature.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
