Unik öppen planlösning - observera inget utrymme (utom badrummet) separeras från golv till tak (högt i tak) - båda sovrummen har en dörr. Vacker utsikt från akterdäck. Gas grill och bord med paraply på akterdäck. Steg från tidvatten bay - njut hoppa stenar, letar efter eremitkräftor, titta på svanar och andra fåglar. Skuggade matplats framför i lugn innergård område. Massor av ljus genom många fönster och skjutbara glasdörrar. Inbyggd sittgrupp med plats för 2-3 för att sova på soffan, massor av konstböcker. Bayside Diamond

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the deck, and the Jacuzzi and the dock on the Bay and the outside private shower. Bathroom is a little small, toilet is a little close to the floor unless you a smaller person, but other than that the space was big and roomy with fun lil alcoves and cute tchotchkes everywhere. Lots of wonderful places to sit and enjoy the Bay view and get away from the world, as it’s on a very quiet street. Marc was pleasant and easy to work with when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay on the bay and beach in Hull

Special location on a bay of the Atlantic, and walking distance, 5 minutes or so, to Nantasket Beach in an architecturally-special house that was perfect for our family's beach holiday. Great and easy communications with the owner, and just an all-around terrific stay. Thanks so much and would definitely stay again!!

Nice get away

Perfect location for walking to food or the open side of the ocean. The house was cozy and felt isolated and private while being in a neighborhood. :). Communication with the owner was great. He was very fast to respond and take care of anything we needed.

Incredible relaxing views

It was a dream to stay on the bay and at this property. We didn’t want to leave the deck because the view of the bay was so beautiful. We could definitely see ourselves coming back. Marc is a fantastic host.

Excellent Property

This property was a dream. My wife and I stayed for the first half of our honeymoon and it really made our first trip to Massachusetts magical. Absolutely loved the property and location and will definitely want to rent again.

Perfect waterfront location.

My husband, sister and I spent a week at this unique home on Nantasket Bay. The views were spectacular and there were numerous places to sit and enjoy it. The inside was comfortable and cool. We liked the beds and large couch area. The kitchen was well stocked including cleaning supplies and some basic condiments. Loved the artwork, numerous sculptures and large library. We would definitely go again.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is so unique and it's close to the beach, restaurants, and lots of activities! We would definitely book another stay here in the future! The property owner was very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed taking the ferry into Boston and enjoying the City!

Amazing water views

Hidden gem. We love this house and its unique style. Some of our favorite features are the outdoor shower, wonderful dock, hot tub, deck overlooking the bay, and close proximity to the beach and cafe. Would love to rent again.

Interesting property

Odd that you have to step over the curb to get to the entrance. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Dim lighting @ night. Bring bath towels, hand towels. There's so much to look @ & discover. There is everything that you need for appliances, dishes & pots & pans. If the weather was better we would have enjoyed the deck more but the 2 beach days that we had was a short walk to the beach.

Great place!

We had a blast at this authentic, custom-built, artistic waterfront cottage! Our favorite things were catching crabs during low tide, swinging on the waterfront rocker, watching sunsets every night, enjoying flipping through art books in the a/c during hot /rainy days, and walking to the beach 5 mins away to jump in the ocean and build sandcastles, and also walking 5 mins to get bakery items, ice cream, and dinner. The host, Marc, was super easy going, so nice, and ultra easy to communicate with. The hot tub looking out on the bay was amazing.

Great location, cool house.

Location is a short walk to Nantasket Beach, has a beautiful view of the bay, and is just a short drive to catch the ferry right into downtown Boston. We loved the deck, dock, back yard, and elevated family room / reading nook. Marc, the owner, was easy to communicate with. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this artistic and unusual house and the surrounding community of Hull.

Awesome Rental

The location of this rental was fantastic! Less than a mile to the beach. The views of the bay and sunsets from the deck was picture perfect. We loved our stay. Unfortunately there were glitches outside the owners control with communication. I believe it was an issue with VRBO. Trying to be completely honest the home was mostly clean but many of the dishes had to be rewashed due to food stains. We understand there was someone there for an extended time which likely contributed to this. We are definitely planning on returning to this lovely home.

Back again to this amazing gem!

This is the second August in a row we have spent a week here. The back deck area and private dock area are magical and we all couldn't wait to get back. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach, restaurants, activities, and to the kayak rental place where we could kayak the bay (even visiting the back of the house). The house is unique, lots of interesting art and a fabulous reading/TV nook that my daughter also decided he wanted to sleep in at night and was super comfortable. We plan to make this a yearly summer tradition as long as it is available.

Serene , Quiet and Peaceful

We had a lovely time staying at this property . You will find a very comfortable environment , with the most gorgeous sunrise , and sunsets . If you enjoy paddle boarding the bay is perfect . The owner was always available to answer questions , and responded promptly to text messages . A very unique property . We really enjoyed our stay.

we love this place! we are repeat renters This year we rented for 2 weeks and could've stayed longer. When the local beach got "socially distant comprised" we packed up and had a great time on the lawn and dock! Brought floats and inflatable boat to enjoy the small bay. Thankd again for a fabulous time

Great family rental

Excellent views, wonderful dock and sunsets. Easy walk to beach and a wonderful bakery on the corner. Plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor shower is a highlight. We loved this unique house.

Gorgeous house

The house is very cool, filled with art and tidbits about the architectural design. Loved the private back deck and dock on the bay. 10 minute walk to the beach. Everything was great. We were there with 2 adults and 2 kids (14 and 10) and we all really enjoyed the house and grounds. Would heartily recommend.

Picture of house being built(see the view) and my sister trying to help - This house was built by our father when we were growing up. There is a railing on the deck now but still parents are cautioned to watch their young children near stairs and sea wall.
