Denna waterfront egendom med direkt tillgång till vatten, simning, båt, paddling BOARDING, KAYAK och fiske har allt! Och .... bara några minuter till historiska downtown Boston. Tre sovrum, med fullt utrustat kök och helt nytt badrum. Vackra solnedgångar och utsikt över vattnet från alla fönster! Kom andas i den salta havsluften och lyssna på vågorna som slår till stranden. Kollektivtrafik stannar precis vid vårt hörn, eller bara luta dig tillbaka och ta färjan. 10 minuter till strandpromenaden, båtar, butiker och färja till historiska Boston. Lokala cykelleder väver genom skyddade marshlander som pryder med vilda djur. Kom och fotografera svanarna, herons och egrets. Alla bilder på vatten som visas här togs från framför huset.
Möt den lokala lobstermanen på Houghs Neck dock och köp hummer middag färskt från båten. Hummergryta och väsentliga förutsättningar.

Vårt hem är fullt utrustat med premium kabel, HBO, Showtime, filmer, Wi-Fi, Wii, Netflix och spel. Det finns 2 kajaker (paddlar och livvästar) i lokalerna. Utrymmet är cirka 1000 kvadratmeter med trägolv i hela. Parkering är obegränsat och gratis. Självkontroll med numeriska lås och 24 timmars live-svar om det behövs.

Boston Marathon

Enjoyed being out of Boston and being close to public transportation to get to Boston. Know it was going to be hectic but all the people running in the race and everyone cheering all throughout the course was absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing your house and the history of it.

Getaway weekend

Located right across from the water. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of three. The kitchen was well stocked including spices, condiments, coffee, and some food items. The host was very responsive to every message.

Perfect beachfront place

The History!

This was a great stay. We travel often and always use VRBO. We loved the quirky floors of the old building. Took me back to my childhood in my grampas farm house. Then when I learned the history of the property, I fell in love. Definitely recommend for families

Salem/Boston trip

Wonderful stay. We wanted to be close to the ocean. This Vrbo is right by the ocean. You can see Boston’s skyline. The host is wonderful. Everyone in Boston, Quincey, and Salem were so friendly.

Loved it!

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and super helpful. The dogs loved the beach and the location was perfect for our week in Boston. Five stars!

Beautiful

It was an amazing location in a beautiful clean house. Our host was wonderful and her neighbors were very friendly. The house was right off the water and it was a nice drive to downtown Boston.

Great place to stay

We had the best time here. House was excellent and the owner was amazing. She has a lot of stuff there you can do. Kayaks, fishing poles, metal det. And so much more. We had a blast looking for shells and seaglass when the tides were out. Great views as well!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot overlooking the ocean

Traveling with my mother and young adult niece, we choose this spot to have a quiet, safe spot to call home base after touring the city. This spot met the mark! All the essentials were provided, and it was super easy to call in a grocery delivery or food order when needed. Transport into town via Uber was convenient enough and still cost significantly less than a rental car for our stay would have been. And the view and access to water are added bonuses. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, safe spot that is convenient to surrounding areas. We will return!

Beautiful view and house full of history

You can't be closer to the water. Walk the kayaks across the road and launch right in front of the house. Fish, or go for a swim.
I say 5 person comfortable limit but I have had families bring a couple of extra kids and throw them on the futon. No problem.
