Located just 3 miles from the beach, between the popular beach towns of Encinitas and Carlsbad Village, this 1560 sq ft condo allows you to experience the best San Diego has to offer while living in a quiet neighborhood. The bright and open home has vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings and is equipped with everything you need in a home away from home.
Fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, glass cooktop and electric oven, microwave, electric tea kettle, Ninja, and more. Full array of spices and cooking oils, silverware, plates, bowls, and dishes.
Very spacious master bedroom with Sleep Number queen bed has an ensuite bath with sunken tub and walk-in closet. Large second bedroom is set up as an office and does not have a bed. A comfortable inflatable mattress is available if needed. This room opens out to the private garden patio.
48â flat screen Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and MANY other channels . Free WiFi
Window air conditioners are available if needed, which is unlikely. With the windows and glass sliders open, youâll get a cool ocean breeze even in the hottest months. Full-size washer and dryer located in the garage, lower level. Starter detergent supplied.

We are originally from suburban Philadelphia. California has long been a beacon for us and we moved to Beautiful Carlsbad in 2020. We are both yoga instructors and Charlie is a musician.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
One look over our 2nd floor balcony tells the story! The rolling LaCosta Hills, the beautiful sunsets, and a sliver of the Pacific Ocean! We love to ride our bikes everywhere, even for most of our errands - everything is so close by!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We feel so fortunate to live in this town home - it was built in 1975 and has a unique character (and view!) that we had a hard time fining in other, more recently built townhomes.
