Enjoy a private outdoor oasis with seasonal heated pool at this fully renovated Saratoga historical home only 4 blocks from downtown and 1 mile to the track. The interior boasts old Saratoga charm while providing all of the modern conveniences and amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, ample closet space with built ins, high speed internet, office, gas fire place, and much more. Take a dip in the luxurious inground pool or lounge on the patio and enjoy the outdoor grilling and dining space.

The first floor boasts an open floor plan with living area, dining room, and kitchen, and a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and luxurious shower. A large sliding glass door opens to the backyard oasis with a heated pool, outdoor seating, large BBQ grill, and dining table and chairs for 8. Walk up the charming original staircase to the second floor office space and three private bedrooms with custom built-in closets. There is an additional living area on the second floor with a pullout couch and large screen TV that includes a walkout balcony with additional outdoor seating. The three upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home has 1 gigabit WiFi throughout, and YouTubeTV is provided on all TVs.
