Pool boasts private setting with fenced backyard, woodland backdrop, wraparound sundeck, lounge chairs, grilling area and poolside lounge with dry bar, stools, smart TV.

First floor common areas include furnished front porch, spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, TV den that doubles as a bedroom with built-in desk and sleeper sofa, sun room with ceiling fan, full bath and several table/chair sets for 2-top and 4-top game playing.

Top floor has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One king primary suite and two queen bedrooms enjoy private access to the top floor treetop sundeck. The fourth bedroom has a bunk set providing one double bed with a single above plus a single trundle. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

GOLF CARTS are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area.

DISCLOSURE: One doorbell ring camera is by the front door facing the driveway and a camera is located in the right-hand garage bay.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe.

Beautiful house

We stayed for less than a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful house, functional in every way. The pool is great! Unfortunately, because we stayed less than a week, that meant we had to pay extra for towels and linens. Also, they did not provide such basics as: toilet paper, soap in bathrooms, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, etc. I wish they had provided a list of items that people need to provide if they are staying less than one week so that we could have stocked up before our arrival. Otherwise, it was a beautiful and very clean and spacious house.

While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however. The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.
