Packed with amenities, this house has a rooftop deck for embracing the famous sunsets and a private pool and hot tub. Let your vacation begin in the main living area with a large sectional couch, tv, and a breathtaking newly renovated kitchen with island seating. Adjacent to the living room is the dining table that overlooks the tropical backyard. Additionally, there is another seating area so that all guests have a place to unwind.

Up the staircase is the primary bedroom with a King bed, tv, a private patio with lounge chairs and gulf views, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. On the main floor are the three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a beach lover’s delight and has a tv. The third and fourth bedrooms are both appointed with Queen beds, and one of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. You will find the third bathroom with a walk-in shower in the hallway.

The backyard pool area is where friends and family can hang out from sunrise to sunset. Utilize the outdoor shower to remove the excess sand from the Gulf beaches and dip in the refreshing pool and spa. As the sun sets, look at the water views from the rooftop deck and take in the gorgeous hued skies.

Anna Maria Island is world-renowned, with dazzling coasts, historic landmarks, and incredible cuisine options. Sail away on a sunset cruise, kayak the calm bay, fish with the locals at the AMI City Pier, and boat to nearby crystal-blue islands. Plenty of excursions the whole family can choose from.
