It has a beach natural environment look where you can use every single corner of the property without feeling the house is crowded with unnecessary items.
All furniture is well thought out for your comfort. The apartment is very fresh and you will receive the breeze of the ocean on the front balcony. Plus there are AC units in every room including the living room.
The backyard is perfect to have a private BBQ moment, smoking a Cigar, and relaxing while looking at the stars.
Guest access
Guests have access to the front and backyard for themselves only.
The Pool is shared but it is just in front of the apartment which is very convenient so you can see your children from the front balcony.
Other things to note
This apartment has the best location of all apartments.
It's the only one with a front yard, and it is on the first level.
When you return from the pool and you are happy after some drinks, there will not be an effort to get to the apartment or to climb stairs.
