Cape Coral Escape

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Everything was so clean. The family really enjoyed the beautiful backyard with pool. The proximity to Sanibel Island was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect for our family!

Very pleased with the location of this home and the size for our family. We have 3 kids ages 4-7 and it was perfect. They were unable to open the doors to get out to the pool which was a huge plus for us.

Home away from home

Very nice clean home. Everything one needs for a relaxing stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Judi was the best manager. Book here for a great stay!

Awesome vacation

We loved everything about the house. We especially love the fact it had a heated pool. That made it perfect for the 65 weather. I would definitely come back

Graduation Trip

Everything was good. We enjoyed the stay. Kids love the pool, we have a good weekend. It maybe time for some upgrades to make it even better.

Great Stay

We came so my daughter could visit FGCU in Fort Myers! House was wonderful and perfect for our family of 4! Short drive to Fort Myers, quiet neighborhood, host was easy to contact and property manager was very friendly! Will definitely stay there again! Very clean and pool was great!

MN Getaway

Everything is very clean. The two of us were very comfortable. A few updates would be nice however we wouldn’t hesitate to come back! The pool was a wonderful treat. Judi the property manager was very attentive to any needs and respectful of our time. The owner and Judi were very prompt to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful pet friendly home in great location!

Very nice neighborhood and close to everything. Manager lives next door and takes care of any needs or issues that arise, plus a very friendly and sweet person as well. The pool was heated which was nice since it's been a bit chilly lately and the tv's in this house are awesome! Very clean and no sign of mold at all as in the previous review and I would know since I have a reaction to it. I definitely would stay here again and look forward to it!

Wonderful!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Evan and Judy were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The house is beautiful ! Very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The pool is very well maintained and comfortably heated. The lanai area is great! We traveled with our dog, which we greatly appreciate being able to do. The fenced in back yard was a definite plus for her. We loved it so much we have already booked it for a longer stay next year! We highly recommend this property!

Not like the description full of mold

This is a nice house in a quiet, nice neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. It is located close to activities in the Fort Myers area. The owners as well as the property manager are very nice and easy to deal with. The house is well stocked and the pool area and sunroom are very nice. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. I am giving it a one star rating because the house was flooded by the hurricane of 2022 and was never rebuilt. It was cleaned but not restored. Now there is mold on the doors, walls, floors, and trim. The furniture is coming apart, some of the doors are separating, and the house smells of mold and mildew. My wife and I woke up each morning with headaches and after a few days we left and checked into a hotel for the rest of our vacation. When we asked the owners for a refund he refused. If this is your home and you want to live in these conditions, that is your decision. But the minute you rent it to paying customers it is not acceptable to do so without disclosing the house was flooded. I would never live in a house and subject my family to these conditions so I refuse to rent a vacation rental in this condition. I would have never rented this house if it was disclosed it was flooded with contaminated water from a storm surge and never gutted and rebuilt. I have over 50 photos of the mold and damage but no way to post them on this review.
