Tre sovrum, två badrum, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen med nya apparater i rostfritt stål och ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Uppvärmd pool med stor Lanai, ny gaseldstad med stolar, cementdocka med plats för solstolar och fiske på kanalen. Öppet koncept Kök med bänkskivor i granit, ö och barstolar. Mycket lugnt område men nära shopping, livsmedelsbutiker, kaféer, restauranger och nära Matlacha fiskeby där du kan titta på delfinerna och Manatee simma och leka i viken. Villan Sunset är fullt möblerad och har en ny stor gas Weber Grill, två vuxna cyklar, solstolar på stranden, parasoll och svalare. En kort bilresa till Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel och Neapel.

Felt at home

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and it never disappoints. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and sofa, great views and spacious. It’s like a home away from home. Great location will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful time we had staying at this house. They had everything you could think of. The whole house has been updated. The pool was perfect and enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. We all agreed that we could stay here again. There were plenty of pool toys and beach supplies. The only thing needed is more outdoor lighting around the pool. Once the sun went down, it was mostly dark. We had such a fun and relaxing time here. Thank you for making the house so enjoyable!

Peace and quiet getaway

Wonderful home!

This home was one of the most well appointed places we have rented. They thought of everything. Beds were comfy and rooms were roomy. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. There was even a fully stocked spice rack and cooking oils. We will definitely rent here again! The pool was in the sun the entire afternoon. The evening sunset was lovely over the trees. The owners are truly “Midwest Nice” by having there home complete with everything you need! Thank you!

Great Cape Coral Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

Great Stay

This was a mini vacay for me; just Labor Day weekend. Everything was as advertised and the location was great. Quiet neighborhood but just 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. Ill be back.

Kurt and I are residential remodelers in Minnesota. In 2022, we remodeled our Kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island, Cambria Counter tops , and enhanced lighting throughout the Family Room and Kitchen. Luckily, the house did not have any interior damage from Ian. It now has a new roof and all of the lanai screens have been replaced.

We selected this home for its location and because it had previously been used as a vacation rental with a great track record. We love the sunset on the canal and the wild life. The birds, fish and other wild life are fun to watch from the Lanai. Mornings are extra special sitting out on the Lanai listening to the birds sing.
