Salty Oaks is beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on the soundside of the island in beautiful Atlantic Beach! Salty Oaks has a half acre connecting lot that is shared with its sister property, Sandy Oaks, with observation deck of sound, firepit, and plenty of open space! It is within walking distance to HomerÂĄs Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, a huge covered deck, Salty Oaks is the perfect place to escape to whilst surrounded by 250 year-old live Oak trees!
Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Full Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. Living Room area with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player with Roku access. Fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, oven and dishwasher!
Level Two: is a suite with a separate entrance with shower, Queen Bed, sofa, table and small Kitchen area.
Additional amenities include: Mini-Splits with air and heat, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Xbox 360, Roku, bonus room with twin bed, observation deck, outdoor deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more! Salty Oaks is connect to Salted Path Park which has a baseball field, playground/swingset, outdoor grills, and covered shelter with picnic tables - perfect for the whole family!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
