Make memories at this magical vacation destination. The colorful & whimsical backyard has outdoor games galore! A Rehoboth Bay inlet bayside community where you can go crabbing & fishing up at the docks. You can even bring your own boat to launch at the marina. (let us know in advance so we can get you a boat launch pass). A large salt water community pool, children's playground, basketball, tennis, bocci ball, bike trails are just some of the many amenities this gated neighborhood has to offer - Less than 10 mi to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park Beach or Dewey Beach.

At the Delaware beaches, visitors find a family-friendly, wholesome sort of charm that keeps them coming back for years to come. At the Delaware beaches, lifeâs cares somehow seem to melt, the moment you smell the ocean breeze.

And did I mention all amenities are FREE of charge?
Each Thursday evening from 3-5 we have a several vendors setup at the pool parking lot.
Additional Fees:
The following Fees will be listed under host fees
- Damage Protection $59 for total stay
~1 Dog is permitted $25 daily.
- Lost pool bracelets $50 each
You will have exclusive full-access to the entire home and property, private backyard and large front deck. * Exception: 3 closets in the house and 2 outdoor sheds remain locked.
Free on-site parking and all amenities are within walking distance.
Upon arrival a tenant document MUST be filled in per HOA rules.
There are 3 security cameras for your safety. 1 pointing at the driveway, the side door and the lean-to shed where all the equipment is located.
NO STREET PARKING (they fine folks for this) Park in Driveway only please. 4 Cars maximum.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I chose this neighborhood because each house is unique, it is wooded and it has a marina for fishing, boating and crabbing. It is safe for children to ride around the neighborhood on their bicylces.
