The Space:
The top floor of this luxurious home features a chef's kitchen, perfect for culinary creations. Enjoy the spacious dining room and the inviting great room, complete with ample seating, a large widescreen TV with a sound bar, and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings. The sun-drenched master bedroom, a king en suite, offers a private retreat. This property boasts 7 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private deck access (excluding the ground floor). The ground floor offers a fun-filled game room and a media room equipped with surround sound, a pool table, a wet bar, and a full-size refrigerator. The outdoor amenities include a private pool, open from April 16th to October 31st, and a hot tub. Amenities include: beach chairs, beach wagon, and 16 pool towels. Pool towels are complimentary as long as they are washed and dried before check-out. If you would like to have us launder them, there is a $200 pool rental fee. Guests can enjoy 6-7 parking spots. The property is pet-friendly, subject to charges and suitable for children and infants.

Getting Around:
Can You Really Drive on the Beaches There? Yes! If your vehicle has 4-wheel drive, you can access the 4×4 beaches here. In fact, if you’re renting any of the vacation rental homes on Carova Beach, you’ll need to use the beach access lanes to get there. Please note, the rules for off-road driving and parking have been updated for the coming season, so check for current information on obtaining the proper passes.

Scenic highways connect each island, with ferry options offering passage to more remote stretches. Many areas are bike-friendly, and walking from cottage to coastline is always part of the charm.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
This property has complimentary on site parking. Use of any designated parking options is at your own risk. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

Pool Towels
