Dawn Retreat, with its thoughtfully designed floor plan, emphasizes privacy. The primary bedroom, just a few steps up from the living room, is a spacious retreat furnished with a king bed, a comfy lounge couch, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The additional guest rooms are tucked downstairs from the main floor, providing unique comfort and privacy. One room with a queen bed, private ensuite, and private deck is a perfect personal oasis. The final guest room, featuring two single beds and smart TV, offers an ideal sanctuary for peaceful relaxation.

4. The downstairs queen bedroom closet is used for owner storage. There is a dresser for guest use.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
