Charming Row House in Columbia Tusculum
The Yellow House is situated in Cincinnatiâs oldest neighborhood, Columbia-Tusculum. Minutes from Downtown, Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park squares, there is lots of shopping and entertainment nearby. Alms Park is a smaller park up the hill overlooking the Ohio River. The home offers 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1 full (first floor) bath. Please note - there is no washer and dryer access. Dont hesitate to reach out with questions!

The house was built in 1923 in Cincinnati's oldest neighborhood. There is a lot of history in this neighborhood. My home is traditional with modern touches.
There is a rather large deck off of the kitchen on the first floor, great for a glass of wine outside on a nice evening.
