Sleeps 9. Stay in this brand new home with all new beds, furniture, and appliances. Sit on the covered back porch and grill with the propane grill or enjoy a walk to the beach to watch the sunset each night. Pots, Pans, and all essential cooking supplies are available along with a full-size washer and dryer. There are 1 day of toiletries, we recommend bringing additional for your stay!

Excellent Home & Accommodations

Our stay was great. Plenty of parking. The property accommodated two boats, a 18' bay boat and a 21' center console, and an extra car. The house was extremely clean. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We had personal issues (nothing to do with the home) which ended up extending our stay. I want to say the communication with the hosts and housekeeping was wonderful. I received responses from each promptly. Everyone was helpful and responsive.

Mexico Beach

Had a wonderful stay at Kim Kove Cottage. Ample room for our family, 4 bedrooms was a definite plus. Cottage was in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to the beach. Kam was great to communicate with, would definitely stay again. Only negatives was the lack of clothes storage in the master bedroom. No accessible closet or dresser. Kitchen was very basic (no kitchen towel), but made it work.

Last minute Getaway

I had a last minute business trip to the area and my wife and I decided to grab some time at the Breach. We booked a property with Renting The Coast. The property was in a great location near the beach. Before we got there, Kam greeted us with a call and gave us all the info on how to access the Property along with great tips on places to eat. Later he helped with accessing the WiFi. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was very clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, great access, clean and comfortable. Picking a property last minute, we hit a home run!! Great property, great hosts! We will definitely be back and Kam at Renting The Coast will be our first call!!

Mexico Beach

Super nice, clean and comfortable. We were surprised with the amount of space and loved the master bath. The deck on the back was perfect for grilling and just relaxing. The kitchen has low end cutlery, dinnerware, etc. We had to go out and buy a skillet. I will know what to bring next time. We loved the house overall and definitely will be back!
