We welcome your loved ones. There is an additional fee of $50.00 per stay per pet. Two pets maximum.
Early Check-in/ Late Check-out
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. If we can accommodate earlier check-in or check-out times, we will do so. Our goal is to provide early check-in options whenever possible. Kindly inform us of your preferred check-in time, and we will make a note of it in your reservation. As your check-in date approaches, please contact us to confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Please be aware that an additional fee for an early check-in may apply.
Occupancy & Extra Guest Fee
On the Green accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. The base rate covers up to 8 guests.
Each additional guest over 8 will incur a $25 per night, per person charge.

Located outside the kitchen, there is a gas BBQ available for your use. There is also an outside eating area available for your use.
Is the property located on a golf course?
Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests are enjoying the views or watching the golfers, please be aware that on occasion, a golfer may hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries or damages inflicted by a golfer.
Lifestyle Center
Included in your reservation is access to the community pools, Lifestyle Center, and other amenities for up to 4 guests at any one time. Before using these facilities, please notify your host so we can add you to the guest list. The Lifestyle Center is near the front gate entrance of the community at 48630 Monroe Street, Indio, CA 92201.
Where is parking permitted?
Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway. Maximum of 4 cars. For evenings between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, we ask that you park on the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not permitted after 2:00 a.m. Citations are issued for overnight parking by the Country Club.
Is there a noise ordinance?
Yes, the City of Indio has a noise ordinance in effect from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. In addition, all guests must be mindful of the surrounding neighbors, as some are permanent residents. The noise level during the day must be kept to a minimum. If you are found to violate the noise ordinance, you will receive a warning, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including the patio, garage, and driveway, allowing for a comfortable and convenient stay. In addition, guests will have the privilege of utilizing all the amenities provided by Indian Palms Country Club, which include 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and bocce ball courts
