This home away from home will have your family well rested and ready for any mountain adventure that awaits. Enjoy a private gas grill on the front patio and shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
Sleeping: Bedroom 1: king bed with flat panel TV (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2: king bed with flat panel TV(sleeps 2); Bedroom 3: twin bunk bed (twin/twin) and another twin with twin trundle (4 twins total) with flat panel TV (sleeps 4); Extra Sleeping: full size sleeper sofa in living room area (sleeps 2). Maximum sleeping capacity - 10.
Guest Access:
A code will be sent before your arrival to access the property. Parking for three vehicles is allowed with a provided parking pass displayed. Parking passes will be available for guests upon check in.

This neighborhood is one of the best in Breck! The condo is located steps from the Snowflake Lift which will bring you directly to Peak 8. During summer months, the best hiking trails are just outside of the door. It is also an easy 10 minute walk to Main Street on beautifully maintained residential sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, the location is second to none.
Getting Around:
You can easily get away without a car at this home, however, a vehicle might be nice for grabbing groceries and exploring. Parking for three vehicles is allowed with a provided parking pass displayed. Parking passes will be available for guests upon check in.
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple.
