The area just far enough from the more populated areas to enjoy peaceful country living, but close enough to the beach, Malaga, shops and the airport, to conveniently access them all.
Great recreational options to walk, run, bike and hike without a long drive.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
No other house stands between you and the lake and the nature preserve. You can walk a path down to the lake or to restaurants.
Expansive views of the great Mount Maroma and several sister mountain ranges as well as the "sleeping giant".
At night, you can see the lights from the lakes' dam sparkle as well as the lights from multiple villages throughout the valley.
The house is on one level with lots of windows and light to enjoy the scenery, even when inside.
Two master bedrooms where you can step right out on the pool area and go for a swim..
Lastly, this house might be the only house in the area with blazing fast Starlink internet (typically over 200 MBit/s) for work, play and entertainment. Without Starlink, internet service in the area tends to be dreadfully slow.
