• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Disgustingly Dirty

The check in was smooth, however, once in the unit the floors were disgusting, we walked around the first day in unit with bare feet and our feet were covered in dirt. From that moment on we never went barefoot again. There was piles of dirt and debris in different spots all over the house. There was food (cheerios) from the previous occupants on the rug in the living room. The light/fan in the master bedroom did not work, leaving only the bedside lamp, which made seeing our clothing luggage very difficult. Also upon notifying the rental company they said they would send someone out, but two days went by and no one came out, when I followed up with them they said they would send someone out the next day, which was the day before the end of our stay. At that point it was useless.

Had a nice stay.

2 couples and a single stayed here for 3 mints and it worked really well for us. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable

Central Scottsdale with great access

This property is in a great location in Scottsdale in an established neighborhood which is nice. The condo obviously has stairs and 2 stories with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. Very nice having covered garage that is right outside the front door. No local TV and the only TV is in the living room downstairs. We would definitely stay here again because of the great location.
