Fish right off the dock, with a fish cleaning station, ice maker, and dedicated freezer to store your catch. Dogs under 30lbs welcome (fees apply)! Private beach access only 0.5 miles away. NOTE: The string lights around the perimeter of the deck are not currently functional.

PARKING:
- Driveway will comfortably accommodate 4 large vehicles. No street parking is permitted. NO TRAILERS OR RVs ALLOWED per HOA - fines apply for violations.

BEACH:
- Private beach access is 0.5 miles away, an easy walk on sidewalks. One key card for access will be provided
- Dogs are not permitted on any beach in Okaloosa County

RULES AND OTHER ITEMS:
- Signed rental agreement and signed waivers are MANDATORY, any booking that has not signed agreement and waivers within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be canceled
- Dogs up to 30lbs are permitted (max 2), pet fee $300 per stay. They must be housebroken (no puppies) and crated when left alone. Dogs are not permitted on furniture. Absolutely NO animals other than dogs are allowed.
- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. A $500 fine will be levied for violations of this rule.
- NO trailers or RVs are allowed per HOA. Recommendations for off-site parking are provided in our guest guidebook, which will be provided to you upon confirmation of your reservation. These services are often in high demand, so please contact the provider of your choice to make parking arrangements prior to your stay.
- Due to the proximity of water and stairs on the property, children under 2 years of age are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
