Stor 3 BR stadsbostad 3 bad på kanalen med två djupt vatten båt glider. 2 sammanfogade bostadsområden inklusive 2 kök, 2 tvättmaskin och torktumlare och gott om utrymme för att sprida futons och spränga madrasser för att separera barnen. Varje BR har ett komplett badrum. Slip 1, 19 'beam, Slip 2, 12' beam. Gå till stranden eller ringa en vattentaxi för att ta dig ut på hamnen. Paddla till Crab Island. Tillträde till stranden till kanalen. Fullständiga bekvämligheter för sängkläder och tvålar.

Perfect Harbor Stay

Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place.

Great house overall. There was plenty of space for our group. We brought 2 boats and it was so convenient to have them right out the back door. The parking was enough for our 3 trucks. The house was well stocked and clean. Location was close to shops and food. The host was very attentive and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Brad was very accommodating, great on communication and very helpful. Great house and great space. Beaches in both directions and having the dock was a game changer. We brought our own boat but you can rent a boat to keep there as well. It opened up so much of Destin that most don’t get to see.Highly recommend this property

Nice Waterfront Townhouse

The overall stay was excellent, Brad the host is very nice and prompt to make sure everything is ok. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars on cleanliness is only due to side yard. Pets are welcome which is great, but is was about the only place to walk dogs and it was pretty overgrown. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay again.

Great canal home with 2 boat slips & trailer parking

This is the perfect condo for 3 couples and 2, boats. Condo offers 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs along with a washer & dryer & kitchenette. Siding doors to bottom deck where you can cook on the grill or sit by the fire pit and relax by the boats. Upstairs has another bedroom, bathroom, washer & dryer, full kitchen and living room. Sliding doors to top deck. Brad is an amazing host and you can call him anytime with questions. Super nice!! Also offers an off-site lot to park boat trailers there during your stay. IT’S PERFECT FOR BOATERS!!!!!! Oh and this condo offers some extra parking spots for family or friends to come visit

Water, boat slips, lotsa room! It can accommodate three couple and each can have some privacy, it worked out great! Had a couple questions and Brad answered them right away.

AWESOME home for boaters, great location & GREAT host!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this home and most importantly the host, Brad. He responds super quick with any & all questions. Home was gorgeous & we were able to bring (2) boats and he has an off-site lot near boat launch to store boat trailers. Plenty of vehicle parking at condo. We enjoyed being able to use the paddle boards on-site. PLENTY of space for 3 couples, separate rooms and 3 bathrooms. Full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs was nice to keep drinks & snacks while hanging out on dock/porch. Beds comfy, 2 washer & dryers, AC worked GREAT, very clean, NICELY stocked full kitchen upstairs. We will be booking here again for our next stay :) Again, Brad is a WONDERFUL host!!!! You will not be disappointed, I promise!!!! Boaters paradise, closest canal to Crab Island. You simply idle the whole way there & enjoy the scenery of the Harbor walk restaurants & bars along the way and you can also hang out at the beach across from the Harbor walk (pull boat up on the beach) and watch all the boats/yachts go by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

GREAT LOCATION to access Crab Island and local restaurants.

Brad was an EXCELLENT host. Easy to communicate with, and any questions/concerns were answered asap. I would highly recommend. Location is close to Crab Island and lots a great restaurants to go by via boat. Incredibly convenient!!

Perfect Location with a Boat

We had an amazing time here! The owner Brad is super responsive to any questions or needs. We took our boat, and the boat dock was great. It was a super short ride out to Crab Island! The place is spacious and the AC WORKS! Plenty of fridge space and parking at this unit. The neighbors were also friendly. Short distances to grocery stores and some fantastic restaurants. Overall it was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

Harbor side Heaven

Rented property for gathering of family. Excellent location close in with family in Ild Destin. Really enjoyed the multilevel decks and fishing and bird watching from docks. Goo location for the younger ones to paddle board and bike. Owner was very accommodating.

Getaway

We frequent Destin several times a year. Owner is accessible. Had no need to contact during our stay. Off site trailer parking available. House was set up perfectly for us. Everyone had private quarters and bathrooms.

Relaxing getaway

The property was as pictured on line, lots of space, location great. I will go back and take friends. Everything provided. Comfortable bedrooms. Each person had own private space. The view is nice. The owner, Brad, is a great host. Wonderful place to take family and friends.

Wonderful Stay

This townhome was perfect for our two week vacation. It provides convenient boat dockage and easy access to Destin harbor and the pass to go off shore. It is a very spacious unit that accommodates two couples and two teenagers, who had their own space, apartment style, downstairs. We also brought our family pet! The extra AC in the dining area is a bonus! We used it at nighttime and slept comfortably. And the beds are comfy, too! We loved having the 2 refrigerators. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts. Brad responded quickly to any questions and was very nice. We will be back!

Good vacation

Location can’t be beat. Wish it was closer to the boat launch. Daughter fell in barnacles out back and cut herself all up. I do not recommend swimming out there.

Great month in Destin

Brad is an outstanding host. Quickest response we’ve ever had for our questions. Brad is a native Destinite and really helped us navigate the area for day trips and restaurants. Loved the cooler mid February to mid March weather and pre- spring break crowds. Condo was roomy and dog friendly. View of the channel and the boats from our slider windows was wonderful. Fire pit a nice addition. Would like stronger Wi-Fi on lowest level of condo but this is a small request. We’ve rebooked for 2023. That’s certainly the best compliment.

Call for area information or ask me when you get here. 2nd boat slip for rent and you may see me from time to time boarding my boat or launching my paddle board or one man ocean kayak. The 34' Blue Pursuit in the slip is mine, sorry, not for rent.

On Holiday Island. 3BR on the water for less than a hotel room. Word!! Choose between beach and harbor activities at your door. Best of all, bring your boat(s). Swimming or just floating in the canal out back. Jetties, beach and Noriega point all within walking distance. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing evenings on the back deck with water, fish and stars.
Free Parking for trailers and RVs off site at 412 Kelly St. near the Joe's Bayou public launch.

Entire 1BR downstairs has its own living area and kitchenette. 2nd kitchen and washer and dryer and full bath on 2nd floor. Or keep door open and it is part of the whole place. Both sofas pull out so you have 5 beds plus futon space. Largest unit in the complex with most parking and biggest decks. Free parking for trailers off site at 318 Sibert Ave., shell drive off of Sibert Ave.. near Joe's Bayou Public Launch.

Boat slips are available to rent to third parties if open. Very close to everything.
