Very disappointed

I gave this place a 4 because there are so many problems or issues with this unit. Lack of supplies; ice trays, decent pots/pans/dishes. There were only 2 adult forks. With 4 or so for the rest. The pots and pans you'd see in a kids kitchen. SO MUCH PLASTIC. Main operating things malfunctioned. Shower in main bedroom. No over light in the 2nd room. Shower racks barely hanging on. The amount of towels was for a 1 night stay. ( Yes they brought me more at request; along with a broom so I could up while there. I bought while there; salt/pepper shakers, ice trays and a soup pot. I was there for 12-13 days. So I'm sure my stay was longer than most. So much so the my last last night there, I was locked out. They put in the wrong dates of my stay. So I was locked out for the night. Yes the night. I spent the night with my daughter. They msg me @3am letting me know they fixed the code so I could get back in. I went there before leaving for my flight to get me luggage. Yes! They credited me for the night, but that should of never happened. I've got many vrbos in the Bossier area, first time I've ever been locked out. My kid lives here so I'm here often. Won't stay here again. Don't like the area (shady), triplex or more setup, thin walls. Parking not good. Non the less the porch light doesn't even work. So arriving at night is a nightmare. But if you need liquor it's just a short drive/ walk away. This place could also have washer/dryer hookups in the storage .

Served its purpose

Stayed here while visiting friends. Owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. Home served its purpose as we just needed somewhere to take a shower and sleep. Great location to get to casinos/restaurants/friends. Only things we didn’t care for - we didn’t realize this was a duplex type row of homes and not a stand alone home- that was only an issue when trying to park, and we would venture out to say a neighbor on either side (or both) smokes because it definitely smells like it. But again, it served its purpose for our trip as we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Thank you for opening your space to us. Appreciate it.

Mardi Gras stay

Overall the property was very clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down but that didn’t impact our stay. We would stay here again.

Came to play golf

We stayed 4 nights and it was ideal for our needs. Well located for restaurants and the interstate.

Concert stay

We came for concert so didn’t spend much time in house. Mainly sleep and shower. Small but clean and quiet. Worked well for us.

The place worked well for us.

The place was very clean and adequately furnished with everything we needed. We were visiting family and the location was close by. We will use it again when we are in the area.

Disappointments

Not a place to have a good time. But we were there to welcome home family members returning to Air Force duty from Japan. There was a working gas stove but NO pots and pans. There was a coffee maker but NO coffee cups or mugs.

Great Little Place

Great little place. We had a busy weekend, but this place was nice to go to at the end of each day and relax. Very clean and owner is very responsive to any questions.
