◆ Guests can easily self-check-in using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival for seamless entry.
◆ Guests have access to their individual units and a shared laundry room within the building. Please note that stairs must be climbed to access the coin-operated laundry room on the 2nd floor, which may require climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Given the nature of the apartment complex with 12 units, guests may experience occasional general "living" noises.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space designated with a reserved sign. Please park in this spot and refrain from parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located.

Other things to note

◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Complimentary amenities provided during your stay include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ Upon your arrival, we provide some complimentary basic essentials to help you get started, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so if you use them up and need more, you'll need to purchase them.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

~House Rules~

✔ The primary guest is responsible for communicating the house rules to all additional guests and for their actions on the property, including any charges incurred.
✔ Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occur during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if required after their stay.
✔ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without prior permission from the host.
Parties or events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated out of respect for the neighbors.
✔ No loud music is allowed. Please be aware that there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on the property. Tampering with or removing this equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is prohibited in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture to maintain the property's integrity.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

-No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

-No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

-Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
