Luxury Vacation Rental condo, recently remodeled, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and spectacular water views. Located in a gated community with a private beach access, lots of amenities tennis/pickle ball court and 2 communal pools, and a gym.

The community offers many amenities: 2 pools within close walking distance, both heated in the winter. Further you have access to 2 tennis courts which can also be used for pickleball, both just minutes from the condo. Just exit through the stairs into the backyard to take a stroll along the shell-filled walkways that extend for miles along the island. Do not forget the private beach access! It is exclusively reserved for the community. The beach access has new amenities, like showers and gazebos and ample parking and it is located a short 2-minute drive to the north of the community on the other side of the island facing the Gulf of Mexico.

Coastal lifestyle in a luxurious setting that this recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, which is equipped with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage. Step out on the porch next to the master bedroom to enjoy the sun in the morning. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom, which has been recently renovated as well. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has its own closet with space for clothes. The third bedroom, which accesses the same porch as the master bedroom was converted to an office, giving our guests privacy for phone calls or to work while enjoying the wonderful water views.
The open concept living area renders a remarkable amount of natural sunlight. The well-equipped, modern kitchen opens onto the living room and the formal dining area. Greet the mornings with a cup of coffee and 150 degrees water views of Sarasota Bay right through the large windows or step outside to the large porch area. Watch the boats go by or enjoy wildlife in the mangroves. The large porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating inviting you to soak up the sun and enjoy a nice breeze during the day. Due to its setup, the porch has a lot of privacy and cannot be seen by other units. The second porch offers more room to enjoy the outdoors or store beach items.
The condo is located on the first floor, with a parking garage underneath it. The unit can be accessed from the building via an elevator, but you can also reach the ground level by using the stairs from either of the porches. This will give you easy and quick access to the amenities, which are all within walking distance.
An application and approval with the condo association is required for each rental.
The car park is located just outside of the building with many spaces. Parking is not available in the garage underneath the building.

On I-75, exit 210 FL-780W/Fruitville Rd heading West. Follow signs to Lido Key and Longboat Key. Take the first exit on St. Armands Circle on Lido key heading North to Longboat Key. Once you have passed the bridge to Longboat Key, follow the Rd (Gul of Mexico Dr.) for 3.9 Miles. The community is entered on your right through the main South Gate at the "Sout Bay Ilses" sign. Follow the street until you see the sign 1932 and pull right into the street. Unit #213 is on the second (!) floor of the condo building to your left.
Ample parking is available right in front of the building in all parking spots marked "residents" or "visitors". A parking spot in the garage is not available.
Per City of LBK's Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
