Unit was well kept in very clean and they’re very comfortable back patio. Good walks to the beach and into Armand circle very easily quiet area on the island would go back again and recommend that anyone looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay this is it?

Fantastic stay! Condo was incredibly clean, with a well stocked kitchen. You can literally cook anything you’d like with all of their cookware! Two blocks from the beach & 7 blocks to St Armand’s Square, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for two weeks. We hope to be back!

Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and to St. Armands Circle for restaurants. The host had extra items like a cooler, chairs and beach towels which was so nice. We would come back again.

We loved our stay at this Condo - it is wonderfully located a short walk from Lido Beach and St. Armand Circle, and on the second floor of a small, quiet apartment building on Boulevard of the Presidents. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are just the right size for a couple staying a few days. Luda has beautifully equipped this apartment for your stay! Plenty of cookware, linens, beach towels etc. We hope to return soon.

Perfect little hideaway!

This is our new happy place! Everything was as pictured, location is amazing, and the little touches (like bags of ice and extra beach towels) made us feel so welcomed! We Will be staying here again!!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Stay!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part was the location—so close to all our favorite places. We especially loved that it was walking distance to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and the ocean made our trip extra special. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great Mother’s Day Weekend

My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. It is a quick walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The owners do a great job keeping the locations clean and adding small amenities to make your trip nicer. It’s a great location for 2 people to enjoy the beach, but would be cramped if you had anymore.

First the host was not very clear about the address of the property and when I couldn't find it and called her she first told me to look at the app. I was on the phone with her and tired after 17 hours on the road and your going to tell me to look at an app. Other places I have booked and stayed at the host has reached out to me three days before I was supposed to arrive and gave me very detailed information. There isn't anything extra like an outdoor pool. The condo is very poorly designed. It will sleep 4 people, but if you and another couple wanted to stay there, the only bathroom is off the bedroom. You have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom so if you need to get up during the night or early morning you have to go through that persons bedroom. This is not a condo I would book again.

Very cute and clean property close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. We parked when we arrived and didn’t use our car until we left. The unit was about a block and a half to the beach and less than a 15 minute walk to St. Armand’s. The unit was clean and the hosts were very thoughtful with everything we needed for our stay!

While the unit was very clean, we did struggle with the living room furniture not being very comfortable which was o.k. as we were not in the unit a lot. The bed was way to high, my husband is 6'4" and I am 5'5" and it was a struggle, I'm not sure how shorter people would have done. We did appreciate the beach chairs as we went to the beach each day we were there!
