The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1512 from 10/16 - 10/31 Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.
3 Bedroom, 2.5 Baths, Washer/Dryer, Sleeps 11
Minimum age to book is 18+
Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)
Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your top-floor oasis. Located on the 15th floor, witness stunning sunrises and sunsets that paint the sky in a symphony of colors.
As you step into this cozy retreat, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features comfortable furnishings, perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach.
