Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
This is 2300 square feet of gorgeous living thatâs just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf youâll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach outdoor grilling area. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!!
Master bedroom 1 contains a king bed and TV with private bathroom and balcony access from the room.
2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and great view of the water, and flat screen TV
Bedroom number 3 has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV, and window view of Panama City and the lagoon.
Bedroom 4 has full bunk beds. Perfect for bringing the entire family!
The DINING AREA and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located in the condo to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms allow the condo to comfortably sleep 12 with 3 full baths.

Armbands are $25 per person for all guests over the age of 12.
*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
