This place was greatDidn’t have to pay for pool or hot tub to be heated. Both were perfect temperatures. The house was setup nice for the kids. Ron answered any questions that came up very quickly. Great location to grocery stores or to go grab a bite to eat. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely house! We stayed over spring break mostly due to the heated pool, and it was a perfect temperature the whole time. The back courtyard was so nice, with a screened pergola for shade and to keep out any bugs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the blackstone several times to cook, as well as the kitchen. We always had everything we needed. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

Great stay!

The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We were staying there for a work event and the house was perfect for this. Would definitely stay here again. All the pictures were accurate and there was lots of great places to hangout and mingle. Thanks so much!

Fun place to stay

This house was well kept up and clean. It also had lots of fun things to do at the house. The only improvement that could be made is the pool was dirty. I think they need a new pool man or a creeper that will clean the bottom.

Wow!

This is an amazing property. Ron and Michelle have thought of every little detail. We spent the majority of our time hanging around the pool area. If you wanted sun there is an area for you. If you want shade, there is an area for you as well. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for making dinners there. The Lake Havasu area has great walking trails. We found a new one each day. We are already checking our calendars for another visit. If I could give 10 stars I would. By far one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Lake Havasu property and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was truly immaculate—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining a high standard.Check-in was seamless with the door code provided ahead of time, and we really appreciated how easy and stress-free the whole process was. The welcome kit was a great touch and made us feel right at home immediately.The outdoor setup was perfect—the pool was crystal clear and ready to go, and the hot tub was already heated and waiting for us, which made for a relaxing start to our trip. The entire space, both inside and out, was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable for our stay.The home had everything we needed and more, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable living spaces. It struck the perfect balance between feeling like a vacation getaway and having all the conveniences of home.Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the attention to detail really stood out. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay in Lake Havasu.

"We come to Havasu a couple times a year and have stayed at many airbnbs… but when it comes to my family’s favorite.. it’s here.. Haven in Havasu. This home is so comfortable and the hosts make sure you have everything to enjoy your stay. They make it even more special by having snacks available (after a long drive.. the kids were so happy!), coffee.. creamers even bottles of water and cute little bags filled with shower needs…. all complimentary!
The kids love the electronic game board, ping pong and the pool table. We had such a great time and felt right at home. I don’t think there’s another Airbnb around like this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! you won’t be disappointed!"

They provided and had anything you could think of, the kitchen was amazing....clean, organized, even labeled!! All the furniture, bedrooms, and linens were top notch.
