Great location and excellent place to meet the rising sun on the back porch! Enjoyed kayaking in the channel, easily accessible right from the driveway. If not for the high winds, would have loved to take advantage of the fire pit - maybe next time…

Property was cute and inside was clean enjoyed the chickens also. Only thing is, the bedroom area gets a bit toasty but overall had a good time.

We are sorry about the heat, this summer has been a hot one and the two AC’s just have not been able to keep up, we just upgraded the rooftop AC so we should not have that problem again

This is a great little property. The host was super responsive when we had to reach out. Its less than 10min to the waterfront, peaceful and quiet for sure. The space is tight for sure so be ready. The chickens were a great welcome, as well as the birds in the Marshall. If the weather was better for our trip the kayaks would have been great, maybe next time.The space is tight for sure so be prepared but its perfect for those that want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend for those that like the outdoors and rustic lifestyle

Such a great little hide away. We had a wonderful experience during our stay, loved seeing the chickens. The water is so close and we spent most of the day on the kayaks. Lots of channels to explore on the water. The jacuzzi tub was so fun and the little camper was cozy and all you need. Only complaint is the couch is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on and the bedroom gets a bit warm but it’s easily fixed with keeping the fan pointed into the room. None of that will stop us from coming back again with our kiddos for another adventure!

The outdoor views are spectacular; especially at sunset. Very clean and cozy. Check-in was a breeze and Adam was quick to respond.

The hot tub is actually a whirl pool bath tub. The pictures definitely look better than in person, it has the right idea, just not executed very well. The sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom was very prominent, over all disappointing.

So first off people need to remember this is an RV experience and not a hotel experience when booking this place. If you’re not familiar with RV then you will not have proper expectations. Honestly, we thought this place was cute. We enjoyed waking to the sunrise every morning right by the water. We enjoyed the atmosphere, kayaks and loved the outdoor rain shower. I think overall our only complaint was that it was pretty warm in the RV. There is a portable AC but it is on the opposite side of the RV. Maybe centralize it and it would help with the temp control. The toilet did smell but RV toilets must have water kept in the bowl with deodorizer and as long as you did this it did not smell. This is something that must occur after the toilet is flushed every time. Like I said remember this is an RV. We would consider staying here again. Overall the romantic cuteness and amenities outweigh everything. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent location and comfortable environment

The property is very nice with a hammock and very easy kayak access to a nice inlet. It was a very relaxing stay!
