Chinatown Charmer

Great condo near the international village. Great access to all areas of downtown Vancouver. Well thought out and spacious condo with massive outdoor patio.

Visit to Vancouver

This spacious property is very well located for accessing all of Vancouver’s myriad of attractions with the added bonus of a secure parking space. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for a shorter or longer stay - although I would say that given the number the apartment can sleep it needs an additional sofa as there is only a 2 seater at present. Please note there is generous seating outside on an unusually large balcony area. Carrie is extremely communicative and responsive to any question you may have. For visitors coming from outside Canada Vancouver has a big homelessness / drug problem which can come as a shock however we were never bothered by anyone although its visible at times on the streets outside.

Location location location


If you are a big Canucks fan, this is the place to stay. Just a five minute walk to the arena. Location was close to everything. We walked to flyover Canada, walked around Chinatown, the sky train, and great restaurants are all a short walk away. Garage is super secure so I felt my car was safe. The condo was very quiet. The balcony is surprisingly large with a cute hammock. The rooms were perfect, exactly what we needed. Very clean condo. Starbucks just across the street. Carrie is very pleasant to work with. Perfect home away from home. I hope to be able to rent from this location again in the future.

Perfect for getaway

First of all, Carrie is an excellent communicator and problem solver! The place was neat and clean and stylish; we totally enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay and explore Vancouver

We had a fabulous time at this property. Carrie was very responsive and super helpful. Everything was as we expected. The only thing I will say is the neighbourhood can be a little confronting as there are a lot of drug users. No one bothered us though.

Love our stay, plenty of room for family and super friendly host

Really enjoyed our stay here with my two kids! Host prepared a playpen and a booster chair for my little ones, even put a temporary black out curtains for them. Whenever you needed something extra the host is always so quick to respond and be there. The location was awesome you are in the heart of the city and close to everything (a big grocery store T&T downstairs), the amount of space we had was amazing, and a plenty of backyard space and patio furnishing if you like being outside. I would stay here again and thank you for everything you have done for us!

Beautiful balcony in the city

We really enjoyed our stay here, the rental was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was helpful and friendly, we are looking forward to visiting this awesome space again.
