Escape to a hidden oasis near the heart of downtown Knoxville. This home is a tranquil retreat boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy private backyard. Perfect for relaxation and exploration!

Instantly feel at home in the warm and inviting open-concept living space. The living room has a 65” smart TV for you to login to any of your streaming channels.

Each of the three bedrooms includes blackout curtains and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom. One guest bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a twin daybed with a trundle. These two share the hall bathroom. The dedicated workspace with a desk and rolling office chair can be found in the third bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes:
-Ninja coffee maker with pod adapter
-Airfryer
-InstantPot
-Blender
-Mixing bowls, measuring cups
-Assortment of baking dishes
-Assortment of cooking utensils
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerator/freezer

The dining room includes a drop leaf table which opens to create a larger table with seating for 4. The bar has seating for 2. There is a coffee station in this area as well.

Enjoy the tranquility of the large, fenced backyard from the porch with plenty of seating and a gas grill.

There is a stack washer/dryer in the house. Please note the dryer is a ventless/heat pump - while this is better for your clothes and the environment, it does increase the drying time.

There is off-street parking for only two vehicles.

Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house. It is child and infant friendly, but there is no crib or other infant amenities.

The main entrance to this upstairs house is through the backyard and back door. This is the only entrance your personalized code will open. There are only seven steps up to the porch.

**This is a split level house, with a separate downstairs apartment. There are NO SHARED spaces - except the driveway. The backyard and all areas of the house are private.

Check out time is 11:00 am, if guests leave more than 30 minutes after checkout there will be a $100 late checkout fee applied..

Clean, well maintained property that is close to downtown activities and campus. This spot was perfect for a weekend visit to see the Vols play and see the city. Split level home had everything we needed including linens, kitchen supplies and entertainment options.

Location of the home was very convenient. Very comfortable home! May want to trim the bushes at end of driveway - it was hard to see if another car was coming. We will book again!

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UT, and it was perfect! The location is fantastic—just minutes from campus and downtown. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the fenced-in backyard for our dog—it made the stay so much easier. The owner was wonderful to work with: super helpful, friendly, and had great communication throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Stay

The house was just as described and perfect for our group of 4 and our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for him. The area was quiet and very close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well equipped and the banana bread and snacks left for us was a kind touch. The beds were very comfortable as well. The grill wasn't ready for us, but the kitchen tools available made it so we could adjust. The toaster oven was also great!Would stay again if back in the area.

Small family with pets

We had a great time visiting family in the area. Being a short distance from a busy road, road and traffic noise can be an issue for the front bedrooms. Place was very clean, though I believe one of the cleaning staff must have lost an earring as we found pieces of it. Fenced backyard, pet-friendly and location was primo. Only con was the water in master shower never got hot strangely - water in the rest of the house got to scalding but never more than lukewarm for the master. Host was pleasant and the banana bread and snacks were much appreciated!

Clean and Nicely decorated home

This property was so nice and enjoyable to stay at for our family. The host provided a welcoming environment and superior hospitality with so many extra little things. We felt comfortable and were able to relax in our downtime while visiting the area. Definitely reccomend!

Perfect place for a Knoxville time

The place is walking distance to downtown, had everything we needed, across the street from a park and Arielle was incredibly prompt in dealing with a few questions that came up.
