What We Love About Our Property:
Our apartment sits directly on a beautiful sandy beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. It's equipped with A/C, high-speed wifi, comfortable beds in separate rooms for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, and brand new smart TVs & blackout curtains in every room. Beach essentials (e.g., towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella) are included for your stay.

Isla Verde is known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and close proximity to Old San Juan. You can explore local dining, lively bars, and cultural attractions all within a short distance.

Javier, a retired NYC Correction Officer, is also a native New Yorker. He is fluent in English and Spanish and loves everything about Manhattan, from Citifield and Yankee Stadium to the US Open Tennis and shopping malls.

We chose this neighborhood because it boasts the best beach in all of Puerto Rico! With crystalline blue water, white sand, bright sun, and sweet shade, it's a true paradise. Water sports like jet skiing, paragliding, and banana boating are also available.
We love the central location in the San Juan Metro Areaâonly 15 minutes from key sightseeing spots like Old San Juan, Condado, and Santurce. Plus, restaurants, hotels, pharmacies, and shops are just a short walk away. We hope you get to experience this paradise soon!
