THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80+ tax/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for 3 cars, with 2 on the driveway and 1 in the garage. Please note that you must first enter the home in order to open the garage. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis; do not park in front of neighboring homes.
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80+ tax/day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
-This home is conveniently located near an airport, making it an ideal choice for those who value easy access to air travel. However, it is important to note that due to its proximity to the airport, the home is inevitably subject to airplane noise. Guests should take this into consideration prior to booking, as airplane noise may be a significant factor for some.
