Please note this place is for your rest and relaxation, not for events and parties as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-8am and avoid loitering or making noises outside of the house during quiet hours.

Occasionally, I (the host) or a visitor may access a separate lower level apt through its own separate entrance from the backyard while we work on renovations (no work will be done while guests are staying). The connecting door is locked and can also be locked via a latch from upstairs as well. I'll be completely out of your way aside from my car in the driveway.
