Peaceful Retreat in the Pines-Hot Tub-Tennis

Our tranquil and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom (1400 sq ft) home is nestled in the pine trees on a spacious lot that backs up to a common area steps from gorgeous mountain views. Our place is perfect for a family vacation or friend-group getaway, and has all of the amenities you would want to unwind, hang-out, and have fun after a day of Central Oregon Adventuring!

We are located in the desirable Sisters neighborhood of Tollgate--only short drive or bike ride to downtown and easy access to hiking/biking trails, skiing in the winter, and lake and rivers in the summer. Access to all Tollgate amenities: pool, tennis, pickle-ball, basketball, children's play area, and paved trails for walking or biking.

Please keep in mind when booking in winter months that we often have snowy driving conditions and we do need to stick with our cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding!

MAIN ROOM:
Open living/dining area with large windows provides nature views and beautiful natural light.
Large comfortable sofa to seat all of your group and 55” smart tv chilling out.
Pellet stove for cozy indoor evenings.
Fully equipped kitchen and big dining table for culinary nights in.
Sliding door from the dining area takes you to a large deck space that is perfect for morning coffee or a barbecue and drinks in the evening.
We have a hot tub to relax, unwind, and a great spot for star-gazing at night!

BEDROOMS:
Down a short hallway you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has a queen. There is one bathroom in the hallway with a tub shower and one in the main bedroom with a stall shower.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space is what sold us on this home. You are surrounded by nature, with ample space between homes and plenty of deck space, hot tub, and comfortable seating areas for hanging out.
Our property backs up onto a wooded common area that leads to a serene pasture (Reed Ranch) with incredible views of the Three Sisters mountains.
Bring some fold up chairs (provided) and head over with a bottle of wine and some snacks to watch the sun set behind the mountain.

MISC:
A selection of games and activities for your entertainment including board/card games, corn-hole, tennis rackets/balls, children's books.

Washer and Dryer available for guest use

Please note: this is an older "vintage" home built in the 70's that we are in the process of slowly renovating. The bathrooms and kitchens are a bit outdated looking, but everything functions well and is clean!

One well behaved pet is allowed with additional pet fee. Please note that we do not have a fenced yard.
