Welcome to the stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at the Horizon complex, perched above the pedestrian village with breathtaking mountain views!

Designed to provide a superior quality ski in/out experience, this deluxe condo offers direct access to the ski slopes during the winter season. After a day on the slopes, you can step back into the warmth and comfort of the Horizon complex, just steps away from the vibrant pedestrian village. This prime location ensures that you can fully indulge in all the pleasures and activities that Tremblant has to offer, all year-round.

As you step inside the condo, you'll find a thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished space. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-sized bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer two Queen beds each, accommodating a total of 8 guests-6 adults max. We prioritize cleanliness, so you can rest assured that all bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperatures for a safe and clean stay.

The Horizon accommodation complex provides exceptional amenities for our guests. Take a moment to relax and rejuvenate in the shared hot tub and dry sauna, perfect for unwinding and soothing your muscles after a day of adventure. Stay active and keep up with your fitness routine by utilizing the gym facilities. We also offer 2 indoor dedicated parking spots with EV chargers, ensuring a convenient and sustainable mode of transportation for our eco-conscious guests. Rest easy knowing that your vehicle is secure in our designated garage + electric car terminals, and make use of the provided parking space for your convenience. Additionally, our ski and snowboard storage ensures that your equipment is well taken care of during your stay.

La chambre 1 est meublĂ©e d'un lit King, tandis que les chambres 2 et 3 offrent deux lits Queen chacune, pour un total de 8 personnes-6 adultes maximum. Le garage de stationnement a une hauteur maximale de 7'6"

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Classy place

Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dishes you would ever need. Very modern place. Due to not much snow this winter, it wasn't exactly ski in/ski out, but that's not the unit's fault. Great ski lockers and access to trail when there is sufficient snow. We used hot tub every day. Loved the parking garage with 2 spots just for us.

Tout Ă©tait parfait, sauf que l’hĂŽte communiquait avec moi par courriel, par textos, difficile Ă  suivre. De plus, ils m’ont exigĂ© une copie du permis de conduire pour obtenir le code d’accĂšs Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©. J’ai appelĂ© VRBO et on m’a dit qu’on s’occuperait de le contacter, ce qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait. De plus, votre numĂ©ro pour vous joindre n’est pas au Canada, rĂ©sultat, j’ai une facture de 25$ d’interurbain (dont la moitiĂ© en attente d’un agent pour me rĂ©pondre
) c’est la 1ere fois que je voyage avec VRBO et c’est la derniĂšre je retourne avec Airbnb.
