The Space:
Nestled in the heart of South Forest Beach, this beautifully maintained villa features an open-concept floor plan ideal for gathering and entertaining. The living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and landscaped gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and seating for three at the breakfast bar. The dining area seats six, making it perfect for family meals or game nights. A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beach towels fresh throughout your stay. We've stayed at 3 spots in this property now , and we loved the layout of this spot! Great for a family of 4! The view is lovely, and great accessibility to the beach and pools. Super nice to arrive with a welcome bucket! So helpful to have the extra towels and the access to the beach closet - we had a chair that didn't work so was great to be able to use one of the owners, usually that stuff is locked up! We had an enjoyable time.

Would have been nice to have an on site map with the actual crossing to the beach. Initially walked out of the way as it is not marked. Also never found the 2nd onsite pool. More stairs than expected and has 1 member in the group age 83. Neither TV worked upstairss but when we called the came right over to check them. Box broken and will be replaced. Ocerall, we had a great time and would probably saty there again.

The condo has been remodeled. It is fine for 4 or r individusls. Everything in the condo worked fine. There were enough linens and towels. The complex is quiet. The grounds and pools are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip

Good property very close to the beach (about a 7 min walk). Easy to get/check in. Had all of the amenities needed.Comfortable bed, well lit. All appliances work.
