PLATS, location, location .... bok "Dunes Edge" och vara halvvägs mellan Coligny Circle och Sea Pines Ocean Gate ... Villan har ny granit counter-tops, två platt HD TV: ns (en är 46 ") och nya golv hela. Det är en lätt promenad till stranden, nära till poolen, och är mycket privat!

Det finns reserverad parkering vid ytterdörren av denna tredje raden villa! Detta mycket privat övervåningen, slutet enhet är så snyggt inredda att du kommer att känna dig som hemma. Köket är ganska stora, så om du gillar att laga mat medan du är på stranden du kommer att bli imponerad av storlek och avtalade tider.

I fem minuter, kan du gå till en av de vackraste stränder på ön. Det är där den sista livräddare monter ligger så att du kan gå in på det roliga upp på stranden eller njuta av mindre trångt stranden nedanför vår Alder Lane tillgång. Vi har strand cyklar på plats. Den berömda Hilton Head cykelvägar köras i alla fyra riktningar från vår villa. Det finns utmärkta allmänna faciliteter som du anger området strandpromenaden och tillgång till poolen restauranger och "Poolbar Jims", så att du kan bo dagen utan att återvända till villan. Du kan också gå eller cykla till restauranger och aktiviteter på Coligny Circle eller så kan du vara på Sea Pines Ocean Gate i ca 5 minuter!

För så många anledningar, kommer du tillbaka till Dunes Villas gång på gång!

Beautiful place in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay at Donna's property in Hilton Head. She was super communicative and easy to work with. The place was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was great and the beach was a nice 5-7 minute walk down the lovely shaded pathways throughout the island. Definitely would stay here again!

Spring Break

We had a great time. The host was very helpful prior to our stay. We found one of the best attributes of the property was its location. We rode bikes everywhere and really enjoyed the beach, shops, restaurants and all the other great places.

Great budget property

Very convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property has everything small family needs to stay and prepare food. I found matrasses to be a bit hard (but you may like it). Overall we are happy with this property.

A Great Find

Hilton Head stay

Very clean property, amenities just as described, kitchen well stocked in case you are missing anything. Extra towels and blankets for us. Bunk beds worked well for the kids. Extra beach supplies were included on the patio which helped a ton. The beach access was an easy walk and had lifeguards and rental chair/umbrella available. Nice pool with the complex. Was a great trip.

Just a hidden little gem!

My husband and I really enjoyed our seamless 12 night stay in G2 at The Dunes. The property is just a little bit “off the beaten path” which made for a very nice quiet & relaxing spot with very easy access to the beach, walking/biking trails, the property pool and church. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very positive experience! We look forward to returning!

Perfect for our family of 4

This was the perfect rental for our family's week at Hilton Head. The unit was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved having easy access to the pool. The location was convenient to Coligny Plaza, the public playground, and Sea Pines. It was an easy walk to the beach, and compared to other units this size, it was very reasonably priced. We will look for this rental again the next time we visit HHI.

Best location and beautiful new upgrades

This was our third stay at this condo, and of course it was amazing. The upgrades were beautiful and well done. We all loved the big newly updated shower. The condo somehow appeared bigger this time, maybe from the new kitchen table and appliances. You can’t cannot beat the location to the beach and Coligney shopping. We will be back again! Thank you for another perfect stay!

First time away since pandemic!

This vacation was well needed and a long time coming. My husband and I are avid retired travelers So we chose HHI to get our feet wet and return to action! The property is a well kept upstairs unit that fit us perfectly. It was clean, quiet , cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach makes this property an ideal location. The host, Donna, was stellar in communicating with us, as hurricane Ivan decided to show up on the day we were due to leave (go figure). Donna reached out, we made the necessary adjustments and it ALL worked out! She was my calm in the storm. Without a doubt I would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Donna for making our first visit to your island an enjoyable one.

Everything we needed

We had a wonderful trip and our accommodations were exactly what we needed. We are family of 6 and it was a perfect size for us. The pool was right across from our condo and the beach was a super quick, easy walk. The condo had all of the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Pleasant

Everything was clean. Instructions were clear. The property was quiet - only a few others at the pool, and a couple of times, it was just my family. The walk to the beach was short and shaded. We enjoyed our stay!

Best Gem On The Island

What a fantastic place for a family! The unit is clean and very thoughtfully put together. Laundry and dishwasher on site allowing for less luggage and fresh meal prep. Short walk to the beach and a great pool to relax in after dinner.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time and the property was better than expected. Sparkling clean which is a must for me. Bigger than in the pictures too! Great pool access for the kids. The walk to the beach was more like 10min but also very convenient. The wagon helped us tremendously! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

Our family had a comfortable stay in this refreshed condo. The location is as good as it gets without being ocean front, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is an upstairs unit with another condo below and one across. Our stay was quiet, but we were the only family in the building. Only downside is tight parking. It is what it is, but very tight for big SUVs. We plan to go back for years to come.

Love HHI! This property was a great location for us. Short & manageable walk to the beach. The property was a little dusty (particularly the cookware, serve-ware, & dishes) assumingely due to recent updates. We would stay here again.

We don't get to travel as much as we would like but when we do, we really enjoy it. We live in a rural area and enjoy the serenity and privacy that the country provides. We hope you will enjoy the villas that we have to offer....

Varför värden valde detta boende

Charlie and I had been visiting Hilton Head Island early in our marriage and fell in love with it. We love that it is so close to Beaufort and Savannah and we love the wide beaches. More than that, we love to ride bikes. It was the right location for our girls from the start....They love to SHOP!!!! The beach is exceptional to top it off.

We love the pool, the proximity to the ocean and the beach access amenities. We love the privacy of our complex and where our villa is in the complex. It is so quiet and peaceful there....when we're there we don't want to leave....
