1. The Community POC office requires guests to be registered. The form will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
2. Parking for 5 cars.
3. Registration includes access to the Trash Compactor.
4. Renters have to buy access passes for amenities. They can be purchased at the POC office for $10/per day/per person. Amenity passes may not be available on certain dates, or due to weather conditions.
You will have access to the entire house except the garage. 5 cars parking space on the driveway.
You will have access to all community amenities and must show a guest pass to access them. Access is restricted on some major holidays. Rest of the days, There is an $10** per person, per day fee for access to community amenities.
**Kindly note, the amenities may close due to inclement weather. The charges for amenities are governed by the management office and may change.

The first thing our guests notice is the expansive deck, which we designed with relaxation in mind. Itâs the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book, or just soaking in the sounds of nature. Weâve furnished it with comfortable seating and a large dining table, so whether youâre planning a family dinner or a romantic evening, youâll have the perfect setting.
