Welcome to your dream vacation home in the breathtaking Upper Pocono Region. This 2500 sq-ft lakefront property is the perfect retreat for families and friends, offering an abundance of amenities and activities for all ages.
Where Youâll Sleep:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed w/ ensuite bath (1st floor)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed (1st floor)
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed (1st floor)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (1st floor)
- Bedroom 5: 6 single beds (2nd floor)
This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master suite includes a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. Gather in the family room around the gas fireplace and 65" TV, or enjoy a game in our loft. The modern kitchen boasts new appliances, perfect for cooking up a feast.
The game loft is a paradise for game lovers with a TV, Nintendo Switch, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and poker table. All TVs in the house are Roku-enabled for your favorite streaming services.
Step outside to our rear deck with a beautiful lake view to enjoy a pre-filled gas grill and a 7 person hot tub overlooking the water. The outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
Set on a serene lake, our property offers spectacular views and direct water access with our private dock for boating, fishing, and swimming. We provide two kayaks, row boat, and paddle boat complete with paddles and lifejackets, and a beachfront patio perfect for relaxing by the water. Also enjoy a campfire with friends while overlooking the water.

No matter the season, there's always something exciting to do:
*Summer: Enjoy the beach club, heated pool, mini-golf, tennis, and horseback riding. The community also offers an arcade, fitness center, and scenic walking trails.

*Winter: Take advantage of a special 25% discount on ski lift and tubing passes at Ski Big Bear, just three miles away.
*Spring: Perfect for biking, canoeing, and exploring the blooming natural beauty.

**Important Information on Community Amenity Passes**
During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), community amenity passes are required to access the pool and beach, $10 for per pass available for purchase at the office. Although our house can accommodate up to 14 guests, a max of 12 passes can be purchased. During ski season (mid-December to early March), renters can receive up to a 25% discount on lift passes at Ski Big Bear with a valid RFID renter's pass.
Please check in at the Community Point of Contact (POC) to obtain your passes. Trash is collected every Thursday morning, and there's no need to bring the cans to the streetâthe garbage truck will back up into the driveway for pickup. Please note that the Community enforces guest amenity blackout dates on Independence Day (including the day before & after).
