Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with a fenced yard, tuck under garage, office/work space, AC, huge light filled living room and en-suite bedroom. Our spacious and comfortable home is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a delightful stay in the heart of NE Portland.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is tastefully decorated, providing a cozy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Kick back on the comfortable sofas, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy engaging conversations with your loved ones.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, spices, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils, cookware and more to prepare delicious meals. Share memorable family dinners in the adjacent dining area, complete with a large table that comfortably seats everyone or snuggle up to the island bar and chat while you cook.

Our home features 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the remaining bedrooms provide comfortable queen beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The 4th bedroom is on the ground level and perfect for WFH space or playroom for the young ones. Fresh linens, towels, cleaning and laundry supplies are provided for your convenience.

With 2.5 bathrooms, getting ready in the morning or winding down in the evening is a breeze. Both bathrooms feature modern fixtures and are stocked with complimentary toiletries. The half bath on the main floor is off the kitchen and back door, making it great to wash up after hanging out in the yard or before meal times.

Step outside into the backyard oasis, where you'll find a private patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or hosting a summer cookout with friends and family.

Our home is ideally situated in a fantastic neighborhood, with a plethora of dining options, trendy shops, and local attractions just a short distance away. Explore the vibrant streets of Portland, indulge in the city's renowned culinary scene, or take a stroll through one of the nearby parks and gardens.

The house is completely private for our guests.
Unfortunately, we can not host your furry or feathered friends at this house. We cannot host any animals due to owner allergies.

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
